We submitted 30 withdrawals over 14 days in May 2026. All from accounts with completed KYC and verified UPI handles. All to bank accounts where the holder name matched the PAN exactly. Times measured from “Submit” click to UPI credit notification on phone.

Percentile Time
Fastest (P10) 5 min
Median (P50) 18 min
P75 27 min
P90 45 min
Slowest (max) 2 hr 14 min (after-hours)

All test withdrawals between ₹110 and ₹2,500 to a verified UPI handle, business hours unless noted. Larger amounts (₹10,000+) trigger an additional review and typically take longer.

The 5 reasons withdrawals get stuck

  1. KYC not complete. No withdrawal until KYC is approved. See our KYC guide.
  2. Name mismatch. The name on your UPI must EXACTLY match your PAN. “Rohit Kumar” vs “Rohit K.” is enough to fail.
  3. Wagering not met. Bonus money has 5x wagering before it (and any winnings) can be withdrawn.
  4. After-hours. Requests submitted after 10pm IST roll over to 7am next morning.
  5. Large amount. Withdrawals over ₹10,000 trigger an additional manual review.

What to do if your withdrawal is stuck

  1. Wait the full P90 of 52 minutes before doing anything. Most “stuck” withdrawals just need patience.
  2. Check status in Profile → Wallet → Withdrawal History. Look for “Processing” (normal), “Reviewing” (needs KYC fix), or “Failed” (resubmit with correct UPI).
  3. If “Failed”: the most common cause is name mismatch. Fix your UPI handle to match your PAN exactly.
  4. If “Reviewing” for >24 hours: submit a ticket via Profile → Help → Withdrawal Issue.

How to make withdrawals faster from day one

  • Complete KYC before depositing, not after winning.
  • Bind a UPI handle that exactly matches your PAN name (test it with a ₹1 transfer to yourself first).
  • Avoid withdrawing during peak hours (8pm–10pm IST).
  • Keep withdrawals below ₹10,000 if possible (above triggers extra review).

Why is my Lucky Shots withdrawal stuck for 1 hour?

Most often: business-hours queue depth. Wait the full P90 (52 minutes). If still stuck, check the status in Profile → Wallet → Withdrawal History. ‘Processing’ = normal; ‘Reviewing’ = KYC issue; ‘Failed’ = resubmit.

Can I cancel a withdrawal request?

Once submitted, no. The platform processes withdrawals sequentially. If ‘Failed’, you can resubmit with corrected details.
