TL;DR — No phone number, ever

Lucky Shots has no public customer-care phone number.

The platform’s only official support routes are: in-app ticket system (Profile → Help) and official email (listed in your account profile). Any phone number or WhatsApp claiming to be Lucky Shots customer care is a scam designed to steal your account or money.

How the scam works (the pattern)

  1. You search “lucky shots customer care number” on Google.
  2. Top results are sponsored or low-quality sites listing a +91 mobile number as “24/7 helpline.”
  3. You call. A friendly agent answers, asks for your account number and recent transaction.
  4. They claim there’s an “issue” requiring you to install AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
  5. You install it. They drain your wallet via UPI to a “verification account.”
  6. Or: they ask for your OTP “to verify identity,” then withdraw from your bank.

Variations of the same scam

  • “Install AnyDesk so we can fix your screen.” Lets them control your phone remotely. Refuse always.
  • “Pay ₹X to expedite your withdrawal.” Real support never asks for payment.
  • “Send a screenshot of your bank balance.” Recon for the actual account drain.
  • “Refund will be processed if you click this link.” Phishing link to a fake login page.

The only safe way to contact Lucky Shots support

  1. Open the Lucky Shots app or website.
  2. Profile → Help → Customer Support → New Ticket.
  3. Pick the right category (Withdrawal Issue, KYC Issue, Bonus Issue, etc.).
  4. Submit. Real response: 8–24 hours.

What to do RIGHT NOW if you’ve been scammed

  1. Stop talking to the scammer immediately. Don’t send any more screenshots, OTPs, or money.
  2. If you can’t log in: the scammer changed your password. Submit a support ticket from a friend’s account.
  3. Contact your bank. Report any unauthorised UPI transactions — banks have a 30-day window to reverse some types.
  4. File a cybercrime complaint at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930.
  5. Do not pay anyone who contacts you afterwards offering to “recover” your money — that’s the second wave.
